Product description ------------------- 2K Acrylic Paint, high gloss material, avoiding the need for a topcoat lacquer. 2K Acrylic paint is very versatile and UV resistant. Contains the following: 2.5Litre 2K High Gloss Paint 1.5Litre 2K Fast Hardener 1Litre 2K Fast Thinner Dust free time: 15 - 30 min, slow air dry hardener 30 - 45 min - Depending on type of hardener used and weather conditions. Winter conditions rocket accelerator can also be added. Paint mixing ratio: 2:1 2 parts 2k acrylic paint, 1 part 2k hardener then add 10% 2k thinner to the final mix. Primer mixing ratio: 4:1 4 parts 2k primer, 1 part 2k hardener then add 12% 2k thinner to the final mix. Coverage: You should be able to re-spray the equivalent of a family sized car with this kit. Suitable for: Car - Motorcycle - Caravan - Commercial Vehicle - Boats - Aircraft and many Industrial uses Legal Discler ---------------- .IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SOLVENT BASED PAINTS Please note it is against the law to use no-compliant solvent based paint and materials for refinishing / restoration of motor vehicles, unless the vehicle is classified as vintage ( over 30 years old ) or classic Exceptions: (1) None compliant vehicle paint / materials manufactured before 1 January 2007 can still be sold and purchased until stocks have depleted (2) To avoid the environmental consequences of disposing of none compliant materials Defra and the Welsh assembly granted permission ( August 2007 ) for Auto body repair / refinishing garages to use up any existing none compliant materials they have in stock. We can supply a full range of compliant materials to suite all our customers’ requirements including Water based paint. None compliant solvent based paints will still be available for customers spraying Industrial and Machinery only.
