Our heritage stretches back to 1978 in a spet dessert restaurant in Paris, where the first Carte D’Or dessert was formed. This professional heritage is still alive today. Our new range has been exclusively created for chefs to allow you to expand your creations and feel confident from preparation to presentation and service. Ingredients ----------- Sugar, beef gelatin, corn starch, thickener (xanthan gum), flavourings. May contain gluten, milk, egg, soy and nuts.
