Careful of the handles, they stay hot for a while! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not just a stock pot. *by A***G on February 1, 2026* The best part about this entire line of pans is that they don't have that annoying rivet that food gets caked around on the inside of the pot, this line is completely smooth welded. This pot cooks better than any pan that I have ever used. It is a little heavy for a stainless steel pan but far less heavy than the cast iron I've used before. I really like how versatile this thing is, it might seem like it is just a stock pot but I find it lives up to the name of casserole pot really well. I often will sauté my garlic and onions, deglaze it and braise the remaining ingredients, then just throw it in the oven the same way I would a traditional glass casserole dish, but this makes everything come out evenly so unlike a casserole dish that I would have dirtied the edges are just as cooked as the center.
