Even the bigger pieces are still easy for him to eat unlike other brands of pellets (he would spit them out because they were too big). None go to waste. The lid is nice as it only allows a small amount to come out per shake, perfect amount per feeding. My guys color seems to have brightened to a beautiful red from a more dull red. I have one betta and some rasbora (separate tanks) and I feed them all this food. This bottle might last forever. Great price for plenty of food!
