**Q: How do I get my money back it did not work**
A: I once submitted all the required paperwork for the money back and they never sent me a dime.  I did see slight lowering of some numbers but very little.  Basically buy it but don’t expect to actually get a refund much less twice the amount

**Q: Does this clean oxygen sensors and catalytic converter?**
A: This product cleans out just about everything totally from the gas tank to the exhaust tailpipe. Severely clogged systems may require a second treatment but anyone that lets it get to that point is probably going to need a lot more than an oil change and a few spark plugs.

**Q: Does it have to be done right before the test or a week before is okay?**
A: i've done it 4 days before testing...and this is if you're failing due to a worn out cat converter;  if you're not passing due to HC, that is a tune up and maybe new O2 sensor...

**Q: Will this help with the egg smell I get once in a while after I floor it. Doesn't stink all the time only once in a while**
