It gets all of the dry/dead skin off (the glycolic acid acts as an abrasive-free exfoliant) without hurting my skin. It is fragrance-free. However, there is a sort of clinical smell at first, but it’s very mild and I got used to it very quickly. I’ve tried many cleansers over the years & every time I’d find one I liked, I’d eventually try something else because there was always something lacking or they would just stop working as well after a while. Not this one! This leaves my face feeling exfoliated of all dry/dead skin and squeaky clean (without my skin feeling tight and stripped of all moisture like a lot of cleansers out there do). I also love that the packaging is now a pump instead of a squeeze tube. It just makes everything so much easier and less likely to waste product.
