They go all the way down to the bottom of the bag and so do all of the outside pockets. It holds it's shape even when filled up. I love it as a crossbody as well. Easy to adjust strap and comfortable too. I also keep 2 eyeglasses holders in there-the hard cases. And my wallet on top of the handbag organizer. Zips well-even one handed.

I absolutely love this bag! It is compact enough but roomy enough to hold everything that I need it to. I have one of those little organizers in it and still have some room in there. It's perfect for my keys and iPhone 6+ in the two front pockets. The back pocket is perfect for my son's iPad mini with a rather big case on it.
