There was a video listed at https://www.amazon.com/Destiny-Gjallarwing-Sparrow-Pre-order-Trailer/product-reviews/B01IUC9UPU that was later deleted. I would not have purchased it from Amazon if I knew this to be the case, and I definitely won't in the future unless they can make this right. The game itself is great, but poorly listed preorder exclusives make this a very disappointing purchase. The fact that they were able to include the weapon, but not the sparrow shows that somebody screwed up, because my friends that play purchased from a variety of retailers and received both bonuses.Edit: I want my review to reflect - it looks like the pressure put on Amazon, or Bungie, or both got them together, and it looks like codes were sent out for Gjallarwing. My email said "... We recently learned that you were expecting to receive a pre-order bonus code to unlock the item Iron Gjallarwing Legendary Sparrow. Although this item wasn't originally included with Amazon pre-orders, you are now eligible to receive the Iron Gjallarwing Legendary Sparrow using the code below".I'm disappointed in Amazon for not offering it in the first place, and deleting advertising after people pre-ordered but I'm glad they were able to take care of it in the end.DLC is awesome, and I'm changing my review to five stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐ False Advertising! Pre-Order did not include Gjallerwing despite having ... *by C***N on September 21, 2016* UPDATE 2: Amazon came through and provided the missing Gjallerhorn sparrow/horn code last night. Code works and I was finally able to claim all of my pre-order bonus content. Changed review from 1 to 3 stars. Game is great and very entertaining. New Crucible Supremacy mode is amazing. Rating limited to 3 stars due to experience and time wasted with Amazon/Sony customer service and the various excuses I was repeatedly provided.UPDATE: The fault lies with Sony/Activision. I was able to present the issue, with associated evidence, to Amazon customer service. I ended up being included in a conference call with an Amazon customer service manager and Sony customer service. Amazon confirmed that all previous promotional materials, public statements, and Bungie advertisement boilerplate indicated that the sparrow would be included with pre-order. Amazon only received the initial Ghjallahorn sparrow promo code from Sony. The Sony representative tried to place blame on amazon in that they should have provided me with the correct code. However, the Amazon representative argued in my favor in that Sony did not provide them with the correct promo codes containing both exclusive items.At the end of the day, Sony then passed blame back directly to Activision and directed me to contact Activision customer service to resolve the issue. I plan to do this tomorrow and provide a further update. I strongly suggest everyone else with this issue to do the same and make sure to reference the cached screenshots and advertisement links. I would give the story line a 4, but my overall experience with preordering from Amazon is what brought on this one star. I was VERY disappointed to find out that the gjallarwing is NOT included, despite it being included everywhere else. Of course, you don't see that it's not included since there's just one little line that indicates that it's not included. Thanks Amazon.
