I ordered the sampler so I could try all four of their colognes and came away very impressed. For one, the texture of their solid cologne is a little softer than most which makes it much easier to apply, especially if you are trying to use your thumb like a small shovel to get out a small amount. I live in Texas and even with the fluxuating temperature, the cologne was easy to get out in the cologne and didn't melt in the heat or leak like some solid colognes do. On to the scents... Fuel makes four different solid colognes: Classic, Brazen, Outsider, and Prime. Classic smells very similar to Creed's Green Irish Tweed, the notes listed appear similar to those listed for GIT, but there is a distinct difference in the prominence of the lavender note. Classic has a more muted lavender note and a more intense punch of verbena and sandalwood, the result is a less floral and slightly sharper aromatic quality that I really enjoyed. Brazen is the customer favorite and I can see why with its sharp citrus opening, green and floral mid notes, and a base of cedar, teak wood, musk, leather, and coffee. Its an exceedingly complex fragrance that smells totally different on one's skin than in the tin. In the tin you smell the sharp citrus, but it's is mellowed on the skin and fades into a brilliant dry down - very rare in the solid cologne world- that had me sniffing my wrists for hours. Prime has a sharp opening like Brazen built on top notes of granny smith apple and Sicilian citron. As it dries, Prime transitions to a lovely fresh white rose and bamboo (very clean smells) built upon a base of amber and cedar. In my opinion, it has perhaps the best top notes of all the colognes. Finally, Outsider is a clean, dry, and woody fragrance that reminds me of Duke Cannon Bourbon solid cologne. Of the four, I would say it's probably the safest as it doesn't have much of a dry down, and smells like dry wood and amber from the get go. These colognes will last 4-6 hours if you dig a pea-sized amount out with your nail and apply to your pulse points. They leave no residual smell at that point, so it's possible to change cologne mid-day which is impossible with a spray cologne. One of the owners recommended that I try applying outsider (dry woody smell) and waiting for the top notes to dissipate (15-20 min) then to apply Prime on top of it. The result was a cologne that smelled totally different than the two that I applied - bright citrus opening, clean floral mid-notes, and heart notes of amber and wood. If you are interested in trying solid cologne or you already have a collection, I suggest buying the sampler from Fuel Body Products as there is something for everyone and the possibility of layers the scents to create your own signature blend. 10/10 highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great way to have fragrance at your fingertips. *by P***D on Reviewed in the United States on August 18, 2018* This was sent as a gift.
