When it arrived, the box was fine but the item was DENTED in multiple spots. I was so bummed! But the replacement request through Amazon was painless: return/replacement request on the app, put the item back in the box, take it to a UPS store, they scan the return code, they print out the shipping label and place it on the box, all done. That’s it. My replacement was delivered two days later and had no dents whatsoever. Some reviewers said that it doesn’t hold a lot of garbage and there was a ton of room in their garbage bag upon pulling it out…I pack my garbage down as I go along and when I pull it out to empty, it’s a full bag.
