One started have some issues. through desertcart I was able to get ahold of the company and WOW their customer service beyond helpful. They ship me a new one right away and sent me a return label to send the old one back. I was dreading a long hope i give up back and forth emails. Nope I think a total of 4 emails and a new one was ship express. Blew me away. If you are on the fence about any of their products, jump off that fence a go with this company I highly recommend they stand behind their products and give more than any other company I've dealt with. Pricing and customer service 10 star by me. Get one yourself and see. they have a lot of features like remote control. Yeah you can drive you vacuum in the pool. you wont be disappointed.
