I've been taking this for several months. First thing I noticed was no bloating after meals. Next thing was within a week there was a decline in afternoon hunger (I only eat twice a day). Then after a few more weeks up to now, no carb cravings at all. Stopped eating breads, cheeses, pasta, potatoes. I increased my dose recently . Two caps in morning, then two caps about 3pm (the hunger time). Perfect for me. Increased energy, decreased hunger, no carb or salt cravings (I don't eat out or eat sweets). Down several more inches and increased muscle tone and stamina.

This product is easy to take and is great for my digestive health. I can't say it helps with weight loss, but I've been able to maintain my current weight so far after being taken off GLP-1 medication. There is no bad taste or smell. And it is very affordable. Quality of ingredients are equal to Bioma and cost so much less.

I was in search of a good quality probiotic and this met all my needs. Take every morning and it keeps me regular and has helped with bloating. Like the digestive enzymes as well that is in it, instead of taking something separate.

At first I was very skeptical about this product. I started out using probiotics with Bioma. It was ok but I didn’t see any change in my weight so I started taking these. I was shocked at the weight I lost and how soon it happened. With Bioma I was on my third bottle and-nothing. I stated taking 4 in one and before I finished my first bottle I lost four pounds! I was shocked. I love this product. I have no bloating after eating. I have no cravings for sweets and my weight is stable. I am no longer on a yo-yo ride. I am still taking it. Even my husband has noticed a difference. It has no scent and is easy to swallow. It is definitely worth what I pay for it.

This works great! If you have bowel issues, gut issues. It's gentle but effective. Keeps you from getting bound up if you are on Monjaro, this is good to take.

That this product does help with Digestion issues!

A Solid Supplement, But Not as Effective as Hoped. I was really looking forward to trying this 4-in-1 supplement because the idea of combining probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, and digestive enzymes into one formula seemed convenient and potentially very effective. I’ve been focusing more on gut health lately and wanted a well-rounded product that could support digestion, immunity, and overall well-being. Unfortunately, while this supplement isn’t bad, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I took the recommended dose daily for several weeks. I did notice some mild improvements—mainly less bloating after meals and a slight increase in regularity. The enzymes seem to help with digestion, particularly after heavier meals, and I appreciated that there were no unpleasant side effects like gas or stomach discomfort, which can happen with some probiotics. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad aftertaste. However, the results were pretty subtle. I was hoping for more noticeable changes in things like energy, mood, or even skin clarity (all things I’ve experienced with other high-quality probiotic supplements). Compared to other products I’ve used that cost the same or even a little less, the impact of this one was just okay. Also, it would’ve been helpful to have more transparency on the strains of probiotics included and their CFU count—those details matter for anyone who’s serious about their gut health. All in all, it’s a decent product that might work better for someone just starting with digestive health supplements or who doesn’t need a strong formula. I’ll finish the bottle, but I’m not sure I’d repurchase unless I don’t find something more effective in the same price range. There’s potential here, but for me, it didn’t quite deliver the premium experience the label suggests.

These pills seem to help me out a lot. My food used to just seem to go right straight through me and it no longer does and they don’t make me constipated.
