It's the best product I've found. First, it's lightweight and streamlined. Second, it protects the corners of the iPad. Third, it enables me to detach my iPad from the Magic Keyboard, keeping my iPad protected, lightweight, and portable. The pencil holder is excellent (pic1), and it's easy to remove the pencil when needed. And it works with my remote page turner (pic 2), which my previous iPad's skin did not.My CoverBuddy arrived *slightly* warped in the TX summer heat. After a couple months of use, I see NO visible warping when I remove it. It fits well (pic 3) and I am using a screen protector, which is not recommended. I didn’t think the Magic Keyboard had sufficient protection around the edges of my iPad, I bought this product to bridge the gap in proteciton and it has worked perfectly. I switch between my Magic Keyboard and the Pitaka folio case and it is the perfect combo. I was hesitant to get this because I read that it interferes with the Magic Keyboard closing, but that has not been my experience. If you’re on the fence go for it, this case has been great for me. ### ⭐ Love this product though I had to get a replacement within a month *by on Reviewed in the United States February 9, 2025* This product does everything I was hoping: It protects my iPad, it allows connection to the Magic Keyboard without having to take it off and it still collapses fully, and it secures my Apple Pencil well. However, I had to return this item within a month because it no longer was allowing my iPad to connect to the Magic Keyboard. I’ve attached a picture, there are three spring contacts and two of them stayed pressed down all the time and could not be corrected back to their normal state. The springs still worked but the contacts would not fully extend. I like the product well enough that I exchanged it for a new one, I’m hoping this was a problem a bad apple and not a design flaw but we will see. For now it’s 4 stars because I had to exchange it (would have been 5 stars if not for that) but I will update this review if I have to return it again.UPDATE: The replacement case did the same thing with the jammed spring contacts. Within two weeks it had lost the ability to connect to the Apple Magic Keyboard. Definitely a design flaw and it makes the case unusable.
