These vitamins were the only ones we could find that met the criteria recommended for Iron, Zinc, and vitamin D3 by our doctor for my wife while being reasonably priced. They seem to have a lot of other vitamins beneficial for health. They have helped her with lightheaded / fainting spells she sometimes has. At just under an inch, I consider these capsules to be about medium-sized. They do have a semi-strong smell but can still be swallowed down easily. We have noticed that they are strong enough to help us stay healthy, feeling good, and not get sick as often.

I am a repeat customer so that should definitely clarify how feel about these vitamins.

Took my first one when they arrived and it gave me a sour stomach. I thought my breakfast shake would have been sufficient but now know I need to take it with food. At least I am hoping that was all it was. I will know better after trying again tomorrow. I won't ding the stars because I need to give it more time. If it continues to turn my stomach I will be back to update.

The pills are easy to swallow and you can smell the ingredients.

I took this multivitamin for less than a week and had to stop taking it because I noticed I was developing daily migraines. There is something in it that I appear to be reacting to and I think it may be the type of iron it contains since it is not chelated iron. Here are the pros and cons of this multivitamin that I noticed in the few days I took it: PROS: -Only need to take 1 capsule instead of multiple. -It contains the active forms of B vitamins. -The size wasn't too bad; it wasn't difficult to swallow. -The bottle contains a 2-month supply, which is a good value for what you pay. -Contains no fillers or excipients. CONS: -It had a distinct flavor that was not very palatable. I think it was because of the iron. -Not only did I develop daily migraines, I noticed that I was having GI discomfort (nausea, stomach cramping, etc.). Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this vitamin

I love these, I have way more energy. I was taking some way more expensive vitamins, that were huge, I had to take three a day, and still didn’t have what I needed. These have all I need, they are small, only need one, easy to take, and the price is perfect! Excellent quality, and I feel great. Plus, I’m actually absorbing these, because they are methylated.
