Review: Much less interrupted sleep! - I am an 80 year old retired male physician with BPH (Benign prostatic hypertrophy) and urinary frequency and urgency. I have not experienced any side-effects. Before taking In Control, I would have to pee after about an hour and a half, at most two hours of sleeping. Now I am able to sleep 2-3 hours before getting up to pee. I am much more rested in the morning due to better length and quality of sleep. Got these to hopefully decrease my nighttime bathroom visits. As a post menopausal woman those have increased to 3 or more times per night. After a week of using the pills seemed to work and I was down to once per night most nights. Unfortunately, that effect didn’t last very long. I ordered a second bottle and about a week into that one, the frequency increased once again. Not sure if they just stopped working for me or if something was different in that second batch I ordered. For the cost, I didn’t want to order more to see if anything was different with a third bottle. The pills were easy to take and had no bad taste. I didn’t experience any side effects. I took them just after dinner.
