People who claim that their clock not working is because the needles stick together during handling which can be adjusted with soft hand adjustments to create a gap between three arms as needed. It also requires little push to start in clockwise manner. I suggest for accurate time, move all arms manually to one place for instance 12,0 Clock than insert batteries and adjust the time from back side. It Gives an accurate time. Quiet. Worth money.
