A: This is not a waterproof speaker

A: Not 8 watts...it is 20 watts min and 40 watts max RMS.

**Q: How many Tweeters does it come with?**
A: This is NOT a tweeter.  It is a full-range driver, and there is 1 in the box.

**Q: What is the frequency response for this speaker?**
A: Get the spec sheet from the site. Overall it's much closer to linear than most speakers in this price range, especially between 100Hz-10kHz

These speakers are a good way to repair and revive an old speaker. I used these to fix a pair of Logitech speakers/subwoofer combination that I purchase 20 years ago. The began to sound funny and when I took them apart, I realized that they had dried up and cracked. Now, they sound as good or better than new.
