Not recommend to use on clothing that says “ do not use fabric softener.” **Q: Would this work if you soak your colthes?** A: The In-Wash Scent Boosters should not be used when handwashing. The Downy Team **Q: Does this scent really only last 24hrs? How does this compare to unstoppables, which says lasts up to 12 wks? Is the scent as strong as unstoppables?** A: I love this stuff! I wash my son’s stinky football clothes and he smells so fresh. It lasts a long time, too! **Q: Can I use it with detergent?** A: Definitely still use detergent. It’s more of an odor eliminator and scent booster than cleaner. In my opinion anyway. ## Frequently Bought Together - Downy Fresh Protect Laundry Scent Booster Beads for Washer with Febreze Odor Defense, April Fresh, 42 Loads, 20.1 oz - Downy Fabric Softener Liquid, April Fresh Scent, 140 fl oz, 190 Loads, HE Compatible, Downy Fabric Softener, Liquid Fabric Softener, Laundry - Downy Dryer Sheets Laundry Fabric Softener, April Fresh, 240 count --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co/products/66660914-downy-april-fresh-fresh-protect-beads](https://www.desertcart.co/products/66660914-downy-april-fresh-fresh-protect-beads) --- *Product available on Desertcart Colombia* *Store origin: CO* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
