Does everything it claims. Comfortable and complete. So what if it doesn't last as long as the $300 units out there. Imagine how many times you can buy this one for what the others cost. Unless your a professional Tradesman, this is plenty good enough. Review: Convenient and Worth Every penny - I bought this because I have a lot of upc's or uninterruptible power sources so if the power goes out my devices won't turn off but I wanted to measure the amount of power going to them to make sure I wasn't overloading them so they would actually function when the power goes out and it's a good way to estimate how long your backup battery will last by measuring the power draw this thing does the trick perfectly exactly what it says. And I love the convenience of just being able to clamp around the wire instead of having to put probes in stuff. Also check this against other meters for accuracy it's dead on :-)
