This was purchased for a room with two radiators both with Wiser thermostats, this arrangement never worked well and the room never felt warm, the room thermostat controls both of the thermostats and sorted the issue so money well spent. The thermostat has a nice display and allows setting without using the app, battery life is excellent. The things I do not like was the price and the touch screen is not responsive at all. But given that you can control the system from your phone and program it it’s not the biggest issue. Also for this price you would expect a battery and to be rechargeable but is not. Hope this helps but please check both the heater and the wiser plug ratings to make sure! **Q: Does the plug has energy monitoring?** A: tbh. the wiser accessories are expensive and you can easily get a smart plug at a much better price including some have energy monitoring. i use home assistant to integrate all my devices in one app which is accessible on my pc and apple devices. **Q: Is this compatible with the Heatmiser system?** A: I'd very much doubt as it's a Drayton Wiser smart plug and range extender intended to be used with a Wiser hub. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good control *by S***N on 23 February 2026* Very happy with the Drayron Wiser system, no idea if it really saves money but it works well at controlling temperatures and our property now feels warm which it often didn't before we had this level of control.
