Review: I have severe arthritis in my thumbs/wrist on both hands and squeezing mops is very difficult. I saw this and decided to buy it. So glad I did! The handle is adjustable for height, which was great, and very easy to use. You do have to squeeze it a couple of times (using the foot pedal), but it works very well. The quality of the microfiber head was excellent, it washed well and the dirt came right out in the wash. I line dried it per directions. I didn't know (or actually see) that it came with O-Cedar enzyme cleaner, and boy, did that work. I live on a farm, and my floor is grey concrete colored. Farm dirt is hard to wash off, it always looked like it had a brownish cast. One wash with the enzyme cleaner and this mop, and it was back to looking like brand new. I ordered more of the enzyme cleaners, and well as additional mop head (this time the deep cleaning ones!). Washing the floor is my least favorite housework, but this mop makes it 1000% better! Definitely recommend.

**Q: is this okay for luxury vinyl floors?**
A: Yes it's safe for them. That was also a concern for me, but there plastic will not rub on your vinyl floors.  I will say to use whatever recommended liquid cleaner that the vinyl manufacturer recommends, since they make whatever is safest to match the finish.

**Q: What kind of warranty is offered?  Does it cover the mop handle breaking or the spinning mechanism for breaking?**
A: All O-Cedar mops are guaranteed as well as all their products I believe. I’ve broken two mop handles and they’ve sent me new ones free of charge. Just go to their website and submit a claim for a new one. I wish they’d improve their mop handles, they’re pretty flimsy. But I love mine and the spin bucket.

**Q: Seems to have different mop handle lengths. Some handles have 2 extensions to increase the length, where others only have one. How to tell?**
A: One of the extensions near the mop end is unmarked.  Will extend to about 4 feet when complete.
