I have lots of Dreame products and had the H14 wet dry vac last year. I loved it so much I went for this upgrade and there are clear improvements over the original design that make me want to upgrade our other one. First, it has the stuff that you have to care about if you are wet dry vac'ing. A great dock design, voice prompts, it dries itself and self cleans. It's also super effective. I have 10 dogs, and we vacuum 2x a day and now I can mop at the same time. It does a great job. The real test for this product came from when my great pyrenees knocked over a glass of wine. On the floor, was sticky wine, broken shattered glass, and dog fur (because he exists) . It was impossible to try and sweep the glass so I took the big pieces and brought out the pro. It easily vacuumed every little piece of glass, while cleaning the wine, and took the hair and then washed the floor and dried it. I was SO impressed. I was in tears when the mess happened and truthfully didn't have to worry about pieces of glass in my dogs' feet. What are the improvements from the original 14? They are noticeable. First, instead of mixing solution and spilling it, it comes with all in one solution. It works great. Secondly, it has much better water containers that don't spill when you fill and keep it separate. The roller cover comes off easily so you can clean the hair off and any pieces of glass if needed. It charges much faster and is lighter to use. It has one less setting, but that's ok because I really only use the turbo mode because my house is filthy. I am super impressed always with Dreame and this is no exception.

This is a really nice and powerful vacuum! We have the Dyson as well, but I was looking for a wet/dry vacuum to help speed up the cleaning process. After intensive research decided to go with this one and I am super happy I did. It has different modes and can be used as a vacuum only as well. It works super fast and is pretty quiet. My favorite part is that we can add a cleaner. Now I do not need to wetjet after vacuum as it does it as the same time. Overall I love the design and concept. This make life a lot easier with 2 young children and cleaning up after them. Nice design and easy to put together and use.

It’s not perfect, floors can be a little damp afterward, and the battery might not last through a really big house, but overall, it performs really well. All in all, the Dreame H14 Pro is easy to use, works great, and makes everyday floor cleaning a lot less of a hassle.

Ordered a new wet dry vacuum directly from The Deame Store on Amazon May 1. It was delivered May 3. I was excited to open it and start cleaning, but when I opened the box there was an odd smell. When I pulled out the vacuum it was obvious it had been used and damaged. It was disgusting. The roller was damp, there were water droplets in the water container and parts were damaged. I immediately contacted customer service through Amazon and was told that they would send UPS for a free return pick up and I could have the purchase price put on an Amazon gift card or credited to the cc account. We chose the Amazon gift card because the customer service rep said it would be credited within two hours once the return vacuum cleaner was received. We assumed that might take a week. We are still waiting and the tracking is saying it is delayed and not projected to be processed and credited until June 3...a month after receiving it. I will never purchase from Dreame again.

I’m honestly so impressed with this vacuum! I bought it for my new home and it completely exceeded my expectations. It vacuums and mops at the same time, has amazing suction power, and leaves the floors almost dry within minutes. I also love the 180° recline feature because it easily cleans under beds and furniture. The hot water self-cleaning and hot air drying system is a game changer — no more touching dirty rollers or waiting forever for them to dry. It’s also very lightweight and easy to maneuver, and the GlideWheel feature makes cleaning feel effortless. I have both hardwood and tile floors, and it leaves them spotless without water streaks. This vacuum was packaged with so much care. Not only was it inside a total of 3 boxes, every piece was carefully wrapped in plastic with more cardboard cushioning in between each piece. It was so very easy to put together, I thought I would need help but I simply did it on my own within five minutes of taking it out of the box! It was easy to fill with water, add the included soap liquid, and start it right up. I have a mixture of both hardwood and a thin rug and it had no problem going over both types of flooring. I am so pleased that it both vacuums and mops at the same time, and I was worried it would leave steaks like others I’ve tried but it was completely streak free! The best thing of all is after I was done, I wasn’t sweaty, out of breath, and exhausted like I usually am after vacuuming and mopping before I bought this unit. I don’t have an extremely large home, so I was able to clean my entire first floor on just one charge. The self-cleaning mode is amazing, the fact that the brush was dried after it was done, I was so amazed! I will be telling all my friends about this vacuum because it has made my cleaning life so much more easy and pleasant!

This mop works very well at picking up dirt and cleaning floors, but it does have some downsides. It tends to develop a bad smell if not cleaned regularly. Hair often gets stuck in the internal tubing, and simply using the self-cleaning feature isn’t enough. You need to empty the dirty water, scrub the container, and clean behind the brush to remove accumulated hair and debris. While effective, maintaining it can be unpleasant, and neglecting these steps will leave your floors smelling like a dirty mop.
