Review: No poles delivered!! Grrrrr! - Unfortunately having the same issue as others have seen with the poles package not being delivered. The impact screen and sides have been delivered but no poles, so it's as useful as the chocolate tea pot in the Sahara at this point in time. The product does look good quality from what I have received so it's a real shame not to get all of it. Also purchased in the Black Friday sales so was reduced. Would have to repurchase at full price if I returned the item.
