The ball has a nice smooth glide action coupled with accurate pointer movements. It is very comfortable to use and the tilt action makes it even more comfortable. I thought it was a bit of a gimmick when I read it in the advert, but having used it for a month or three now, the tilted angle is the most comfortable way to use the mouse. The connectivity is good and you can still use the mouse whilst charging.
