I use them to bake sourdough bread, so I actually have 24 of them and can bake 12 loaves in my oven at once that turn out PERFECT!!! They are a sturdy weight, without being heavy at ALL! They stack well for easy use, and storage and wash well. A tiny bit of oil in the pan is necessary to keep the bread from sticking- or I use silicone liners in mine (or parchment paper liners). You can see what they look like here in the photo, with the pan on top of the other.
