Unfortunately, desertcart delivered a ripped open plastic bag, yet the shoes inside appeared to be tried on, and a wee bit dirty on the soles. Not new! They fit poorly. The tops of the shoes rubbed my feet in an irritating manner, which was painful, and not happy at all. The heels were so large, my foot just rose up out of the shoe with each step (on the carpet). Nope! Not what I'm looking for, and these are going back for a full refund.
