Any form of extra cooling for a gaming laptop is good
Works really well, on MSI raider with a RTX4070, Seems a bit pricey , very loud at 2800rpm full speed but havenโt needed to go over 800 for long gaming sessions.

Great companion to a gaming laptop
Really good for my laptop! This thing makes your laptop ultra cold if needed. Does get loud at the highest rpm but I dont mind it at all!

Not worth the money.
Its a powerful fan but it doesn't really make any difference to my laptop. it has a cushion on it for some reason. Something that obviously would make the cooling far worse since it blocks the vents totally. Under that cushion is a bunch of magnets so can't just take the cushion off and use the cooler with out it. Expensive and totally pointless.

A good, comfortable and steady cooling pad - just one caveat.
I am very happy with this item. Though one problem it has is that the buttons are too sensitive for the location where their positioned and so my hands keep pressing on them by mistake, wrongly increasing or decreasing the fan speed or switching it off entirely. So that's one caveat. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

Looks great and keeps the overall laptop temp down
Bought this in an attempt to lower 98C consistent CPU temps after repasting with no difference. After trying this cooler, my CPU still spikes up to 98C, however the overall laptop, chassis and keyboard are no longer hot which will probably improve the lifespan overall as the other components will not be overheating. Things to note; Laptop used - MSI Katana GF66 - i7 11900H RTX 3070 GPU Temp - 65C under load CPU Temp - 70-90C with consistent spikes to 95-98C This is a LOUD cooler, wear headphones The touch panel is intermittent - the power button doesn't always respond; the speed control is fine The foam naturally compresses to allow for laptop feet for a consistent seal. It can retain shape for a bit, handle it will care when moving or storing Would I buy this again? probably not as I primarily use a PC and didn't achieve my intended goal with it

Buttons are non-responsive and fan is stuck on full power.

Superb performance
My I9-13950 HX CPU was reaching 95 C on Monster Hunter World using a regular cooler pad, causing the laptop to shut down after about 1 hour of gameplay. Now with the IETS GT600 at half speed, it never surpasses 75 C during gameplay and its not louder than my laptop own coolers. In the max speed, it gets very loud but the temperatures drops drastically, my RTX 4080 GPU never surpasses 70 C even on stress benchmarks and the I9-13950 HX stabilizes in high 80s to low 90s C on Cinebench R23.
