## Description

desertcart.com: Furbo Mini Pet Camera [Paid Plan Required to Activate] | Stay connected with AI Pet & Home Safety Alerts, Mountable 130° Wide View, Video History, 2-Way Audio, Paid Plan Required : Pet Supplies

Review: Well worth it! - Not only does it allow me to keep an eye on my dog, but it’s also a great security system for my apartment. It keeps up with what my dog is doing and sends notifications if he’s being nefarious, or being a good boy. It also sends notifications if it spots a person, or if it hears an alarm going off. The image quality is great, the night vision especially! The sound is good quality as well. My lil dude is going def with his old age so I’m not sure how well the microphone function works but I’m sure that’s good as well. Very easy to set up and the app is easy to use as well. Cannot recommend enough. I would probably buy one even if I didn’t have a dog, simply for the fact that it detects people and records when an event occurs.
Review: Great, reasonable priced and easy to use pet cam! - This mini pet camera system has been a complete game changer for us. Our adopted puppy, Hannah Mae was very anxious about being left at home alone... we tried leaving her in a crate (for her safety and our home & furnishing's protection) but those trials ended in disasters. She destroyed 2 crates and an entire room one time. Apparently it wasn't the fact that we were leaving her at home alone but the fact that we were confining her. I'm not claiming that this method would work for every pet but it sure worked for her. Furbo allowed us to leave for short periods of time to see how she'd manage. We allowed Hannah access to the living room, the kitchen and her food area. She consistently stays home and takes care of the house. Furbo follows her movement and provides a clear view to her activities. It provides a notification to our phones when she's active and has an interactive chat function to improve the functionality. We are SO pleased with the system. It is relatively inexpensive (I think about $10 a month for the subscription? Don't quote me! + initial purchase of the system) and easy to set up and use! I also like the fact that it monitors our home (for potential intruders or safety concerns) when no one is in the home!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the Furbo Mini Pet Camera and what does it do?**
A: The Furbo Mini is a compact, wall-mountable pet camera for dogs or cats with 1080p HD live view, 2-way audio, color night vision and barking or meowing alerts via the Furbo app. It's Furbo's entry point — no treat tossing.

**Q: What's special about this model? Does it need a subscription?**
A: This listing requires an active Furbo Nanny subscription (from $6.99/mo, 3-month minimum) to work. No functions, including live view and treat tossing, operate without a paid plan. The core-features model costs more upfront but needs no monthly fee.

**Q: What features are part of the Furbo Nanny plan? What does the plan cost for one or multiple cameras?**
A: Furbo Nanny unlocks live view, treat tossing, AI alerts (barking, safety), cloud video history, pet diary reports and more. Plans run $6.99/mo (annual) to $9.99/mo (monthly), plus +$2/mo per extra camera. Manage your plan in the app during setup.

**Q: Does the Furbo Mini toss treats, rotate, or move in anyway?**
A: The Furbo Mini keeps things simple with a fixed 130° wide-angle view, 1080p video, plus AI-powered alerts and more. Place it anywhere, but if you're looking for treat tossing or 360° rotation, choose the Mini 360 instead.

**Q: What’s in the box, and what are the Wi-Fi requirements?**
A: The box includes the camera, a USB cable, and a quick start guide. (A USB wall adapter is not included—use any standard 5V/2A USB plug or Furbo's official adapter). Setup requires the free Furbo app and a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is not supported).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Pet Camera with Easy Communication
*by M***5 on June 20, 2026*

I really love this Furbo Mini camera! It was easy to set up and gives me a clear view of my pet when I’m not home. I can also talk to my pet through the camera, which is a great feature. The picture quality is good, even in low light, and it lets me check in anytime from my phone for peace of mind. There is about a 2-second delay when speaking through it, but it’s still very useful and works well overall. Definitely a great option for pet owners who want to stay connected to their furry friend. Great motion detection sensor as well. I paid about 70 for a year subscription.
