pain totally gone after about 3 days. I had pain in my low side back in the middle of the night and mornings for quite some time. I had tried adding a mattress cover of memory foam - no help. A little over a week or so ago the pain was so intense I couldn't stand for several minutes.! Since carefully - meaning placement - using this pillow in the waist area, repositioning whenever I noticed I had moved during the night, I have awakened with no pain now for several days. I believe the issue was that my spine was not aligned (google helped me with ideas of course), and with this pillow, my spine is perfectly aligned whether on my side or my back. As for which brand to buy, who knows, but this one has enough support for me - I weight around 120# so someone else might want a different firmness.

I am loving this pillow. My lower back has really been giving me trouble and this pillow is bringing me big relieve. I use it in my recliner. It is the perfect size. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

The best and worst lumbar support pillow The pillow itself is fantastic. Best support in the right place. Unfortunately it is usually on the floor as, without a strap to attach to a chair, it constantly falls over. 2 slits in the fabric in back would solve the problem. Hello designers!

The pillow is stoutly constructed, and in my one use, it's in a stool/chair in my home office. I need to position the pillow to do its job, as no straps secure it to the chair. That's a minor annoyance, as I'd need to find a portion of the chair I can attach a strap to. As strictly a manually positioned support for my lower back, it works fine.

This support pillow is everything it said it would be and is just the right size. When I get up I no longer have pain in my lower back. It’s very comfortable and gives just the support you need and is so easy to use. I know I will be taking this pillow with me when I travel. I’m about to order a second one for my spouse! The quality is very good.

Keep on the couch. My husband and I both have one. Just the right size for support while watching tv.
