Despite the description of the product being wrong in places. This is not made of steel this is clearly fiberglass. You can see through the tank.This does an amazing job at getting rid of the sulfur smell and if your water is kind of a lemon yellow color that does not go away with sitting, that is gone too. All of that is completely gone. You got to read the manual. You have to manually Purge it for the first time which is just holding down the recycle button for a few seconds. I suspect the guy who says it doesn't work at all, he probably didn't do that.Just be aware of that you have to run power to it and best to build a concrete pad for this heavy tank to sit on

We have clear water again!!! No more rust stains on EVERYTHING. The laundry is actually brightening up. The water tastes like - nothing. We have had it in use about 3 months, doing good. It was easy to install, just needed a few things from the local ACE store to get it in. Had to reset the timer to flush as it was 12 hours out of sync, but not hard to do. Basic knowledge of plumbing and reasonable problem solving skills will get it done. Worth every dime.part 2: had a part break that made item useless, dumped water constantly. Contacted seller and had a response within 45 minutes and was told a new part would be sent out to expect it in 1-3 business days. We never received the part NOR had any further communications even after several emails were sent via Amazon. Web searches for a phone number showed this business is all but defunct.

The filter has been installed and active for about 72 hours. The dissolved (ferrous) iron and rotten egg smell are completely gone! Our water now smells and tastes good! I am very happy with this!!!Things to note: This filter is supplied with a Fleck 2510 SKT control valve, a stainless steel bypass valve, and that's all. Unlike buying an iron filter or water softener kit from a big box store, there are no pipe nipples, no discharge tube, no flexible corrugated tubing, etc. included. You'll need to purchase the needed installation hardware online for from your local home center or hardware store.I did call the seller about a programming question and was able to talk to a helpful gentleman right way.

American Water Solutions AIK10-25sxt AIK10 air Injection, Almond. Had filter for a month and what a difference. My water has heavy iron turning everything orange. No more after installing this filter. It backwashes every day and installation was a breeze if you have any skills whatsoever. One downfall was how the media came already installed in the tank. Don't really know what's inside. Will leave another review after a year or so of using. Highly recommend so far.

Extremely glad I went with the highest model they have platinum. still working great. Used this system to stop the chemical treatment HYDROGEN peroxide pump/tank. Water is terrible where I live regens every night. It's a solid system so far. Had to conjoin this with auto flush spin down sediment filter and another filtration tank. Be patient and pay attention and you can get your water rite too last kinetico visit was 800... REDDIT and YouTube 2025 you can do anything!!!! Believe in Yourself I believe in you!!!! Bless

So far so good. No more stinky water and iron ring in the shower. Also installed a water softener at the same time. All inside my well house. Just follow directions for connecting to a well and it was simple. I had basic plumbing and electrical experience so that made it easier. Had to run electric to the shed also.

Cut back on the sulfur a lot but not all the way.

The unit was easy to install but most important it works! I have had it in operation for approximately a month and have a whole house cartridge filter that would get nasty looking in a couple days and need to be changed in a 2-3 week time frame. Now with the air injection system after a month of operation the cartridge filter looks almost like new and still have great water pressure. Their customer service great too.
