    No manual

One star goes away because there was no installation instructions. In fact, based in other review where someone described fluctuation in mineralization strength, I think people install it incorrectly. I think people put it just before the tap and the water doesn't get slowly through filter and then mixed in the big reservoir. If installed correctly, it will take few days or couple of weeks for minerilized water to mix with RO water in the reservoir, unless one empty it completely to see the effect quicker.I didn't want flush it, but I think my water is now mixed with mineralized one, because the TDP stabilized at 22 (going from 9 when it was pure).pH (~5.5) doesn't seems to be affected at all, but maybe my measuring method is not precise.Taste is softer now, kinda milky. I like it.I am attaching diagram on how to connect the filter based on similar system.

Tastes good but no added minerals according to TDS meter.

I tested the PH and used a TDS meter before and two weeks after I installed this. I installed this before the tank so it can slowly filter through and be more effective. This doesn’t seem to be adding any minerals to my water as my TDS remains the same. I have noticed the water tastes better but I’m going to try a different one next time as I’m not convinced it’s adding any minerals to my water.

    Taste great!

Didn't think I would notice much change in the flavor of our RO water after adding this but I do. I have it spliced in after the RO membranes and before the storage tank. After the storage tank there is a carbon filter and a UV filter. Don't know if it will last the advertised 400 gallons but I am going to order another when its out. Looks like you can unscrew the top and, if you could find somewhere to buy just the filter media, reuse the canaster. Happy with it!
