I REALLY have a difficult time finding a waterproof eyeliner that holds up to its claim. This one goes on smooth, has a fine tip and it dries almost instantly. It’s not 100% flawless - there are some times I find I’ve rubbed it off but I think any eyeliner will do that. I don’t find it spreading to other areas of my eyelid like some other eyeliners I’ve tried. I definitely recommend this product and think the cost is reasonable as well.

This stuff is great! Lasts all day and doesn’t flake. Easy to use. Works way better than the brands I’ve bought from Walmart.

I’ve used this eyeliner several times and it’s become one of my favorites so far. I usually use pen liners but this one is a dip liner and it’s been so much easier to apply. More precise and longer lasting than my regular pen liners. Would buy again!

It doesn’t budge at all it’s super long lasting. Takes a long time to dry. Be careful when opening it though the packaging isn’t secure so if you open it too fast it will get everywhere. Flakes sometimes. It isn’t a super deep black, more of a lighter black. Overall great eyeliner for the price because of its durability.

It's ok, but most of the time the tip has some clumps on it. And it is supposed to be waterproof, but it is always smearing under my eyes. Wouldn't repurchase.

I ordered this eyeliner for my wife a while back and she said even after it dries, the normal moisture from your eyes will somehow melt it into your eyes and cause burning, swelling and redness! this eye liner is a 0-star from me as she is NOT happy! She says and I quote Its Very Low Quality!
