Composed of strong and sturdy lead free DZR brass with a reinforced stainless-steel collar, these tubing couplings are a great way to easily install and connect two pieces of PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT and SDR-9 HDPE pipe in any combination! SharkBite Max quick connector fittings are a project time and effort saver with less insertion force required for a stronger connection. Without the need for additional tools, glue, or soldering, these push fit ball valve couplings can be installed in wet lines and are approved for underground and behind-the-wall applications with no access panels (Wrapping required when burying underground).
