Malt vinegar is a self preserving product so it’s shelf life is pretty much indefinite. Just a few drops of this intensity are enough on fish and chips, so the batter and the chips stay crunchier, i.e. no need to soak in the usual quantity like I would with weaker (e.g. Sar$0ns) vinegar and end up with soggy chips. An excellent product, I can see this small bottle will outlast how long my usual vinegar's bottle would take to empty. Hence I rate it as value for money, despite what appears to be at first glance a high price.
