I was very pleased with this set. They arrived in good condition, none were cracked or broken. They are very easy to use; I rinsed them in a colander with water, poured them out onto a dish drying mat and used paper towels to dry them. They dried almost instantly and I was able to use them right away in my parchment lined pie crust. I was able to lift out the parchment, using it like a hammock to remove the ceramic weights and promptly use them in the next pie crust. They’re easily stored in a mason jar or even in a plastic bag in a pie dish in the cabinet. I highly recommend these!
