Lladro seems to hold it's value very well, while I do not know about Nao. Some Nao pieces are too simplistic for my tastes, but I've never found them to be less than beautiful in their own right. My thought is if you like the piece and are buying it for your enjoyment, you should not be concerned whether it is Lladro or Nao. If you are buying it as an investment, Lladro is probably a better bet. The figurine was purchased for my daughter who is the mother of one son.My only negative concerns the packing as it felt less than appropiate for a piece as fragile as this. I wish the manufacturer would provide packing similar to that of the Lladro sculptures (as Nao is part of the Lladro family).
