Don’t use bottles with any labels or glue remaining as these will clog up screen and burn out motor. Ensure bottles are best. Much more durable and won’t crack. Do not over fill. A Velcro strap around ankle and hoses keeps them from kinking. Very quiet. A much better alternative to renting a GameReady for $200 for only two weeks. Holds temperature for hours. Keeping for my next injury or loaning to friends.

Instructions were minimal. Very important to properly prime pump. Check out YouTube videos. Best to use frozen bottles instead of ice making it easier and less messy. I can ice my knee all night and not get up to change the ice pack. it is easy to use and I had no problem connecting the hose together. What makes this machine great.... The cooler keeps the water and ice cold for several hours. The pad that wraps around your knee is very large and has very long velcro straps. It fits everyone! It probably works on other body parts too. The cooler displays the water temperature. It also will auto shut off at 20 40 or 60 minutes. Don't waste your time with the other ones, this one is it....
