Great quality and does the job effectively. Now, if they could invent something that ensures all the nails come out of the stringer as you pry the cross board off the pallet you could save even more time and boards. I work with reclaimed wood daily and this tool makes taking most pallets (hardwood pallets are difficult to take apart with any tool) apart, pretty easy. If you're a weekend hobbyist or your daily work requires you to take pallets apart, while trying to reclaim as much wood as possible then this is the tool for you. I must admit at this price point I was a little skeptical that perhaps this tool would be flimsy and wouldn't last. It appears that my skepticism was unfounded as this is a well designed and constructed tool that appears will last for some time. Again, I highly recommend this tool.

I love finding nice pallets and using them to build furniture but the problem is always spending a bunch of time taking pallets apart without destroying the wood. The pallet buster is a time saver for sure!! It’s heavy, sturdy, and durable and makes taking pallets apart easier than asking for a raise. Unfortunately the crowbar that come with it is a little flimsy but it’s free so who cares. Here’s a picture of a table I built for podcasting.

The bar is too heavy and clumsy to use. It doesn't work as its shown in the video.

It has great leverage to pull even the toughest nails out and the pivoting arms support the boards so they rarely crack or break. I like that it has the ability to fit over boards that are 4+" wide but it works just as well when prying against narrower 2Xs too. It works so quick and easy that I like to take the pallets apart when I pick them up so I can get more wood on each load and pull the nails when I unload at my shop.

Worked well. Much easier than using saw or hammer. Pallet wood removed off runner without splitting. For narrow spaced slats in order to get first one off placed a spare running in line with pallet runner and removed slat Rest came off normal as per instructions. Good buy. Well build.

I ordered this because they said it was heavy duty, and they were right. Heavy, and heavy duty. It will NOT break. Works great, and being heavier it requires less strength to use than smaller and lighter types. BUT, this huge tool sometimes won't fit between the slats of some pallets. You must start at the edge, and that is inconvenient sometimes. I've used many times, but will buy a smaller lighter duty bar too. I would buy again, but keep in mind, this is one heavy, big pallet bar.

Solid tool, creative construction and works exactly as advertised. Only took about 10 seconds to figure out how it works and had my first pallet disassembled in 6 min. Not bad for my first time I will get better at it. Soon I will have hours of fun removing nails!! Great product!!
