Featuring our 16-piece adjustable float system, float bars can be removed from the suit as the child becomes more confident. Made from high quality, chlorine resistant fabrics, the suit is perfect for taking to the swimming pool or on holidays. How to use Learning to use the Floatsuit is very similar to riding a bike with regards to the child gaining their balance. Start by holding both of your child's hands whilst in the water to support them whilst they find their balance. This is a learn to swim product and as such may tip your child forward. This is normal and is a feature to hold them in the correct swimming position in the water. Steps to use Children can then begin moving their arms and legs and you can release one hand at a time until they get used to the buoyancy provided by the suit; it may take some children longer than others to gain their balance. Only release both hands once your child has gained their balance and can move independently. Once they are confident in the water, floats can be removed to lower the buoyancy provided. It removes the need for bulky armbands and allows children to move freely without the restriction of inflatable swim aids. The Floatsuit will naturally tip the child forward, with their shoulders towards the water, to allow them to get used to the swimming position and help them find their water balance and confidence.
