Review: Good supporting team - Great GPS tracker for my Royal Enfield Hunter 350! Installation was simple (battery-only wiring, no need to cut any wires), and the device has been reliable for live location tracking, geo-fence alerts, and movement/tamper detection. I did run into a couple of early issues — trip history and notifications weren't showing up on iPhone (iOS), while it worked fine on Android from day one. I reached out to their support team, and to their credit, they acknowledged the issue and rolled out an update that fixed it. Really appreciated that they stayed responsive and followed through instead of leaving it unresolved. Since I'm still within my bike's manufacturer warranty period, I opted to skip the ignition/relay wiring (no engine lock for now) and just went with the simple battery connection — works great for tracking and theft alerts without touching the bike's ignition circuit. Overall, solid product, and genuinely helpful customer support when issues came up. Recommended for anyone looking for a straightforward, warranty-safe GPS tracker for their bike.

**Q: Will the bike's battery usage be depleted**
A: Thank you for asking this question. No, our SMART SAFETY DEVICE will not drain the battery at all. The technology that we build is so advance that the device auto switches of when it's not in use. Under this hibernation mode, the current consumption of the device is lower than 0.4 mA. And, this won't ever drain your battery :-). We could achieve this because we have made this device for the bikes & from the very start, we focused on to make it very low on current consumption. 

Ours is a completely made in India device and we know each and every component that's being used in it. This brings a lot of confidence in us & we can say with authority that it won't drain your battery. 

It's a good question because the bike's battery is very small, and any large draw of current will make it weak too soon. 
We must appreciate you for asking this right question.

**Q: is geo fencing available in all models ?**
A: Ego-fensing is available in maximiser. Please go ahead and make the purchase :)

**Q: How much is the subscription after 1 yr**
A: 700/- per YEAR

**Q: On theft or someone sitting or during vehicals moved without ignition ok, does the device in vertical make sound?**
A: No sound from device but on mobile app!  You will receive multiple vibration messages.

Point 1: Installation is very easy. All the details and diagrams are provided right on the box. Customer support is available seven days a week for activation, and any issue gets resolved immediately via WhatsApp. ​Point 2: The location tracking is not completely accurate. It currently uses an Airtel SIM; switching to Jio or another network might offer better performance. ​Point 3: It asks for additional costs at every step, requiring an upgrade for almost every feature. It would be a much better experience if fuel tracking and other essential features were included directly in the initial 1 or 2-year plans. ​Point 4: Important features like safe parking should be active within the standard 1 or 2-year plans instead of charging a separate fee. Whether choosing the 1600, 2,xxxK, or 3,xxxK upfront plans, all features should work out of the box, or they should offer low-cost add-ons for individual features. ​point 5: GPS Tracker Benefits: Installing a GPS tracker offers great advantages, allowing you to track your vehicle's exact location and real-time speed. Even if there is a slight delay, it shows the precise location and alerts you during over-speeding. The app is highly user-friendly; after just one day of use, you will perfectly understand all options, including mileage calculations.
