**Q: Surely this is “UHT” Ultra-pasteurized?  Why nothing in description?**
A: It’s kind of pudding-y. Not like fresh cream

**Q: How many people does one jar serve?**
A: It’s fairly small. I have only used it to make pavlova and we used 2 jars.  It depends on what you are using it fo

**Q: What's the difference between luxury and double clotted cream?**
A: I’m not positive but the double is thicker & creamier than heavy whipping and I think luxury would be closer to heavy whipping cream but still creamy

**Q: is this cream not "ultra-pasteurized"?  some recipes call for heavy cream that is not ultra-pasteurized, but this is difficult to find**
A: I would not use this in a recipe that calls for heavy cream. This is thick, not a liquid. It has the consistency of butter when refrigerated.
