Review: Excellent Ice Machine for My Restaurant - Our restaurant’s old ice machine was becoming unreliable, and we needed something compact but powerful. This machine has been a fantastic replacement. Even though it's much smaller than our previous unit, it produces plenty of ice and keeps up with our daily demand without any issues. One feature I really appreciate is the digital control panel. It allows us to easily adjust settings, monitor operation, and control the machine with just a few touches. The display is clear and user-friendly, making it simple for staff to use.

This machine breaks down every few months and here I am again with a broken down machine. Its under warranty and I cant get ANYONE to return calls, voice mails or emails. Ive left a ton! This company is a joke and so is their ice machine. Buyers be ware!!! You've been warned!!!! **UPDATE** I stand by my review! After finally getting in touch with customer service, they sent me the new part to try and fix my issues. I had to replace the part myself! I got it swapped out and am still having issues. I've sent them nu.erous pictures and have numerous text messages back and forth from customer service, as well as numerous documented phone calls. I was given the option of either having a new ice machine and bin sent to me or a full refund. I told them I'd be happy with either option. Well months have gone by and its once again Radio Silence. They have completely ghosted me. The machine is still under warranty for 4 more months and they refuse to make this situation right. Terrible company, terrible products, and terrible customer service. I'll NEVER purchase another thing from this company and have warned all my industry friends to stay clear away!! Buyers, you've been warned!!

Zero Stars!!! Customer service for this machine and company are non existent. I've had issues with my machine not making ice since the day I set it up. Great ice maker. Bought it for filling ice chest when going out on the boat. I’ve gone out on the boat one time this year. Then I thought it would be cool to buy an electric ice chest so I don’t have to use ice. I guess I have more money than sense. lol
