Featuring a unique deck management system where powerful abilities come at a permanent cost, this mission-based game challenges players to balance tactical decisions and resource management across multiple rounds. Designed for ages 10+, Resist! combines historical depth with engaging gameplay, perfect for millennial strategists seeking a meaningful and intense solo experience. ## Description Spain, 1936: General Franco and his troops advance through the territories of Spain, giving way to a long period of civil war and repression. After the Spanish Civil War, a group of loyalists to the Republic continued the armed struggle, forming resistance groups better known as "Maquis". Hidden in the mountains, these men and women risked their lives to defend the ideals of democracy and freedom. Fighting against them were the Army of Franco, the Civil Guard, and the Armed Police, but the Maquis perfected their guerilla warfare in France during the second World War and were determined to take back their homeland. In the head of each Maquis resonated the echo of the desire of many compatriots: Resist! ## Features - Step into the role of the Spanish Maquis resistance fighters in this solo strategy card game set after the Spanish Civil War, where players battle against the Francoist regime. - Complete increasingly difficult missions across multiple rounds while managing limited resources, defeating enemies, and deciding whether to continue the resistance or end your campaign. - Unique deck management system where revealing powerful Maquis abilities helps win battles but permanently removes those fighters from your deck for the rest of the game. - Combines tactical card play, strategic planning, and risk management as players balance immediate threats with long-term survival in this intense solitaire experience. - Fast-playing solo tabletop game with historical inspiration, perfect for strategy gamers who enjoy narrative-driven missions, card tactics, and challenging decision-making. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BYTGC16G | | Age Range Description | Teen | | Best Sellers Rank | #104,648 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #1,774 in Dedicated Deck Card Games | | Brand Name | 25th Century Games | | Container Type | Box | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (83) | | Educational Objective | Develop strategic thinking and historical understanding | | Grenre | Strategy | | Included Components | Resist! | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Item Dimensions | 1.75 x 7.25 x 7.25 inches | | Item Dimensions L x W | 7.25"L x 7.25"W | | Item Type Name | Board Game | | Item Weight | 0.43 kg | | Manufacturer | 25th Century Games | | Manufacturer Maximum Age (MONTHS) | 1188 | | Manufacturer Minimum Age (MONTHS) | 168 | | Manufacturer Part Number | 34000TFC | | Material Type | Cardboard | | Model Name | Resist! | | Model Number | 850037822126 | | Model Year | 2022 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Players | 1 to 99 | | Operation Mode | Manual | | Other Special Features of the Product | Fast-playing, Card-driven Solitaire Game, Unique Theme and Artwork | | Package Quantity | 1 | | Power Source | Manual | | Product Style | Modern | | Set Name | Resist! | | Size | Medium | | Subject Character | Spanish Maquis | | Theme | Game | | UPC | 850037822126 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Resist, Ages 10+, Solitaire Strategy Card Game - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81kB7v2McOL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Resist! , Solo Only Historical War Themed Card Strategy Game - 25th Century Games - Rio Grande Games Friday - Renegade Game Studios Warp's Edge | A Solo bag-building Game of Epic Space Combat for Ages 10+, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co/products/522982517-resist-ages-10-solitaire-strategy-card-game](https://www.desertcart.co/products/522982517-resist-ages-10-solitaire-strategy-card-game) --- *Product available on Desertcart Colombia* *Store origin: CO* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
