Somfy could do better at giving information on how to pair/program this remote *by T***R on 16 July 2025* My original 5 channel remote stopped working on channel 1, so I bought this one as a replacement/2nd remote. There are some comments here about difficulty in programming/pairing this remote. The instructions that came with the new remote are inadequate at best. After quite a bit of research, I found out there are 2 ways to program the remote when it is the 1st or only remote and a 3rd way to program a replacement/2nd remote. Once I figured out how to add my remote to the shades it worked perfectly.
