I compared with a highly recommended pack in my cupboard that only contains 74 percent potato and lots of additives. This Puregro is 99 percent potato , and you can tell. Pleased I took the plunge and ordered it on subscription there are no instructions but let’s face it , rehydrating instant mash isn’t rocket science despite the old adverts !
