Yxhupot Teapot 5.4oz Zini Zisha Clay Chinese Gongfu Tea Handmade Word

I very much like this little teapot. My first Chinese teapot. I am brewing Chinese tea leaves in it. And the teapot catches the tea leaves at the spout. It keeps the tea nice and warm. Thickness is good. Very impressed.

I initially was impressed with the teapot, simply because the lid stays on when you hold it upside down... But the reality of this is that it only stays on because the hole in the lid is not properly bored. This means if you plan on rinsing tea, you will have a problem because it takes at least 30 seconds to drain the pot. This makes brewing teas very difficult. Even with all this, I would not be so sore if it weren't for the fact that upon revisiting a $17 yixing pot I bought on Amazon, I realized how bad quality this one is. This pot costs way too much and they do not deserve any acclaim as a yixing seller. These are reject pots that could not be sold anywhere where people actually use these pots.

I like this teapot. It looks like a handmade product because it has some trace near the handle. I searched a long time online how to judge a real purple clay teapot, and I believe this is a real one. The best part of this teapot is that it is perfectly fit in my right hand so that I can directly drink tea from the spout.

A bit rough on the surface, this is an ordinary teapot. I would have preferred it cheaper.

We drink fine Chinese teas like four different types of Golden Monkey Black tea . This tiny purple clay teapot is fine way to brew the tea in a small batch.

Too small I can’t have one cup of tea

It's really for 1-2 person so if you are planning for larger crowd, this is not the one.
