A: I use it to cut plaster boards, not quite sure about cards.

**Q: Could i use this tool for wood.**
A: No, I struggle to cut sheet gasket material with this so wood would be almost impossible

not sharp enough to cut paper, despite sharpen it with my whetstone, but the centre point hold it quite well. It would be wonderful if they add an extra holder for a pen cutter. Anyhow, it should works well for other materials.
