Plugged in and worked straight away, nice material. Very good design but slightly too small, more for dainty child hands than normal human ones. Wanted to switch the forward and back buttons around. This was not possible without installing a 3rd party application. I have windows 10 pro and could not use any inbuilt software to get the buttons switched over. Surely there should be a manufacturers program or they should have it linked up to the windows keyboard and mouse center. It's cheap and works. But I think I'd spend more and get a bigger one with better inbuilt software. No faults though and been using for nearly a month. Customer care contacted me and told me they took my review onboard and will make changes for future versions. Shows they aren't like most companies, once they sold the product that's it.
