Just remember to apply it when the weather is settled for a couple of days. The product is best left for three days to get to work and then pressure washed off depending on the level of algae. I used the product to remove very well established algae, moss and lichens on very old stone work here in the Yorkshire Dales and needed a pressure washer to lift the growths. Depending on what type of growth you have will determine the amount of pressure and product required to be effective. This is the best product Ive used but it is expensive. Cheaper biocide versions exist by Everbuild and Karcher for example but are not as potent. Dont use the cleaner if it will rain. Warm dry weather is best. **Q: Will this damage a felt roof is some run off gets on it?** A: No expert, but I doubt it. Maybe run a hose over the affected area, if in doubt. **Q: Is this product suitable for an Asphalt roof flat roof?** A: Hi there Yes, it’s good for an asphalt roof, that is what mine is. It’s very thick so you cannot roll it on, you have to use a thick brush but it does a good job **Q: Can it be used on a resin bound driveway?** A: So sorry I am not qualified to anser your question. All I can say is that I used it on an ashfelt gritted surface and on wood surfaces.. Had to spray walll twice - green dulled a bit but didn't disappear. Then scrubbed with wire brush. Sprayed wooden fence & and a very green gate with what I had left - almost instant results.
