Review: The actual product is fine, I don't have much to say about the product itself, however the packaging is not very good. Basically each set of the two drip bowls are plastic wrapped together, but the problem is that when you open it, the drip bowls stay stuck together because of the material. I kept trying to pry them apart as much as I could but they wouldn't budge, it wasn't until I dipped the bottom one in hot water for a few minutes and put ice on the top one and then again pulled very hard that they came apart, unfortunately this caused a slight dent, which I don't care too much about, but customers shouldn't have to conduct a science experiment to get their drip bowls apart lol.
